He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard A. Lugg and Janet Lugg (Houser). He is survived by: his stepsons, James and Andrew Warren; his cousins, Jacqueline Griffin (Richard), Brenda LaBar (Todd) and Robin Lugg; and his stepgrandchild Due.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered in David's name to the Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, PA 18042.
