She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Sr. Kolb and Mary Margaret "Peg" Kolb (Butz); and her brother Melvin Kolb Jr.. She is survived by: her son Randy E Fogel (Kathy A.) of Belfast; her granddaughters, Brandi A. Fogel of Belfast and Krysta A. Fogel (Hans Hibbard) of Mt Airy, Philadelphia; and her siblings, Roy Kolb of Belfast, Edward Kolb (Pennie) of Bangor, Joyce Pritchard (Harold) of Wind Gap and Robin Repsher (Bryan) of Belfast.
