He is survived by: his spouse Marcy Cynkar (Hunter); his children, Ronda Sivak (Stuart) and Louis Andelmo (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Emily Sivak, Nicholas Sivak, Adrienne Burda (Mike), Brian Andelmo (Shannon) and Christien Bish (Curt). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
