He is survived by: his brothers, Edward (Linda) and George (Pat); his nephew Robert Surmacz; his nieces, Becky Magalitz and Sandra Surmacz; and his close friends, Lou Veccio, John Dern, Diane Setz, Jim Keefer, Joe O'Donnell and Dan Peterson.
