She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Arendas and Mary Arendas; her husband James A. Ponitz; and her siblings, William, Norman, Eugene Arendas, Olga Rullo, Marian Begala and Pauline Arendas.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Ponitz, Karen Brendlinger (late Timothy) and James Ponitz (Jamie); and her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Arendas, Loretta Szuba, Joanne Ponitz and Edward Ponitz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
