He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne D. Slaymaker of Pierceton, IN and Marilyn Kilgore of San Antonio, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Slaymaker of Warsaw, IN; his daughters, Nadine B. Slaymaker of Leola, PA and Nancy L. Crowley (Arthur M. Crowley III) of Charlotte, NC; and his grandsons, Colin and William Crowley.
