He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacobsen and Maggie Jacobsen (Tobiasen); and his son Donn Scott Jacobsen. He is survived by: his wife Helen Jacobsen (Jensen); his children, Paul Jacobsen, Lynn Nold (Dan) and Jim Jacobsen (Denise); his grandchildren, Sarah, Katy, Jake, Josh Nold, Cory and Justin Jacobsen; his great grandchildren, Rory, Haakon, Maisy, Livvy and Theo; and his siblings, John Jacobsen (Ardis), Bob Jacobsen (Shirley) and Arleen Dietrich (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial gifts be made to Tuscarora (https://www.tuscarora.org) or Mount Bethel Church.
