Frackman of Willow Valley, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Frackman and Mable Winters Frackman; and his daughters, Lisa Fisher and Karen Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Reinfried Frackman; his daughter Denise (Daniel Holton) of Conestoga; his sons-in-law, Steve Fisher and Daniel Cooper; and his sister Diane Wertz of Strasburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
