He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Packard and Ruth Packard (Holmes); his wife Evelyn; and his sister Brynn. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel of Las Vegas, NV and David (Whitney) of Landisville, PA; his grandchildren, Jude, Micah and Rose; and his brothers, Bruce, Brian, Terry, Richard and Timothy.
