Neil (Willow Hill, Pennsylvania), born in Concord, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Freet and Mae Freet (Hockenberry); her husband Donald G. Neil, Sr.; and her son Donald G. Neil, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Eleanore Smith, Violet Shields, Barry Neil and Daniel Neil; and her brothers, Harry "Junior" Freet, Jr. and Dennis Freet. She is also survived by five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
