He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Gould Andrews and Tryphena Andrews (Russell); his wife Theresa (Maguire); and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his children, Peter J. Andrews (Kathryn), Katherine Clark (Gary), John Andrews, Bernadette Humphrey, Theresa Forlastro (Daniel) and Margaret Andrews; and his grandchildren, Emily Katherine, Daniel John, Stephen Henry and Erin Jane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
