He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Sr and Jack Sr.; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bray; his children, Julie Ludwig (Matthew), Jeffrey (Amanda) and Kevin (Lindsay); his sister Louise Bray; and his grandchildren, Ian, Colin Ludwig, Hayden, Arabella Bray and Austin Bray.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jack's honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
