She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew V. Perry. She is survived by: her children, Helen Fala (Herman) and Andrea Sweeney (Bern); and her grandchildren, Danielle Regan (Dennis), Allison Tester (Brian), Daniel Sweeney and Kevin Sweeney (Michele).
