She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Salvatore and Jean D'Uva. She is survived by: her parents, Laura D'Uva and Carmine D'Uva; her siblings, Eric Eliason, Amanda D'Uva and Jeanette D'Uva Berkowitz; her brother-in-law Sam Berkowitz; her niece Cami Berkowitz; and her grandparents, Bill and Joan Eliason. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins, and dear friends.
