He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis M. O'Brien and Denise L. O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Alison O'Brien; his daughters, Kylie and Olivia; his brother Brett O'Brien (Judy); his stepmother Toni Geiges O'Brien; and his stepsiblings, Ryan Geiges (Erin) and Cindy Geiges (Mike). He is also survived by father to his two beautiful daughters.
