He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fairburn and Ruth Fairburn. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Charles, Bridget and Kevin Fairburn; his siblings, Kenneth and Carol Fairburn; and his grandchildren, Gina Jacob (John), Michelle Simmons (Chuck), Kevin Fairburn Jr. and Samantha Fairburn. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
