She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swanson and Ruth Swanson; her husband Charles P. Lynch; her daughter Diane Farrell (Thomas); and her siblings, Charles "Oscar" Swanson, Joan Redner and Black.
She is survived by: her children, Patrice DiRuggerei (Clement), Alice "Peanut" Veasy (Robert), Eileen Leech (Neil), Kathleen Colisto, Chas Yeiter (Kristina) and John Yeiter (JoDina). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Angelone Funeral Home, Inc. (501 Easton Rd, Willow Grove, PA 19090). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Chelten Hills Cemetery (1701 Washington Ln, Philadelphia, PA 19138).
