He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Drake and Mary Damiano Drake; and his siblings, Mary Drake, Shirley Russo, William Damiano and Edward Drake.

He is survived by: his brothers, James Drake (Elizabeth) and Robert Drake; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Mary Ellen, James, John and Thomas.
