He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Murray and Eva Hunter Murray; his son Robert Murray, Jr.; and his siblings, Dorothy Zimmerman, Betty Umholtz, John "Jack", Kenneth, William and Joseph Murray.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Hawk Murray; his daughter Kimberley Zappasodi (Steve); his granddaughters, Lindsey Williams and Brittany Zappasodi; his great grandchildren, Paige, Parker and Presley Jo; his nieces, Candy Chapus and Michelle Gitke; and his friends, Dennis Wolfe and Jason Kramer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dimon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (644 E Grand Ave, Tower City, PA 17980). A masonic service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
