He was predeceased by: his parents, Dervin Ulsh and Anna Pickel Ulsh; and his brothers, Richard, William and Russell "Skip" Ulsh.
He is survived by: his son Eric Ulsh (Jennifer); and his grandson Noah Ulsh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
