He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Esterline and Lucy Geist Esterline; and his sister Connie McSurdy. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Flynn Esterline; his children, William Esterline (Kristin) and Jennifer Hefkin (Scott); and his grandchildren, Emily, Becca, Bryce, Scott (Hannah), Kyle, Jake and Maddy.
