She is survived by: her parent Helena Deibert Schwenk; her husband Jacob "Jake" Frederick; her sons, Chris Shutt (Janette) of Williamstown, Gene Shutt (Annette) and Scott Frederick (Jessica); her grandchildren, Brooke, Marissa, Tiffany, Mallory, Alyssa and Alexander; and her siblings, Joyce Sponsler of Tower City and Floyd Schwenk.
