He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Klinger and Elsie Klinger. He is survived by: his wife Jane Margo McNeal Klinger; his siblings, Tom of Lykens, Deek of Tower City, Gary (Shelly) of Williamstown and Cindy (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Sarah McNeal of Williamstown.
