He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard O. Herb and Mary Luzetta McCready Herb. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bowman Herb; his children, Paul D. Herb (Lori) and Dawn M. Herb (David Bond); and his grandchildren, Tyler Herb (Abrielle) of Scottsdale, AZ, Natalie Miller (Brendan), Emily Herb, Kathryn Bond, Bryce Herb and Annalise Bond.
