He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bingaman and Catherine Hopple Bingaman; and his brothers, Arthur "Lee" Bingaman and Bruce Bingaman. He is survived by: his wife Hollie Engle Bingaman; his children, Rochell A. Bellon (Guy), Gary R. Bingaman and Russel A. Bingaman; his grandson Gary C. Bingaman; and his sister Winnie Keiser. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandson.
