She is survived by: her husband Harold L. Smith; her son David Smith (Jode); her grandchildren, Dylan Smith (Ashley), Leah Murphy (Nate), Morgan Klinger (Dale) and Emma Jane; and her brother Keith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
