It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine M. Seip of Williamstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine M. Seip to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Evans and Thelma Schreiner Evans; her husband Robert Seip; and her daughter Deborah Seip. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Seip, James Seip and Gary Seip (Lori); and her grandchildren, Jason Taylor, Christopher, Matthew and Lauren Seip.
