He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Shive and Mae Oxenrider Shive; his daughter Kelly Ann Shive; and his sister Faye Pope. He is survived by: his wife Beth Thompson Shive; and his pet Teddy. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews; and his constant companion.
