Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kane and Margaret Saar; his son Robert J. Kane; and his siblings, Jack, Larry Kane and Jane Hess.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian G. Hughes; and his children, Kelly L. Kane (Patti) of Jersey Shore, William E. Kane Jr. of Lock Haven and Kim A. Kane (Jim) of Burlington, NC. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home (125 N Main St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
