He is survived by: his wife Yvonne M. Koch (Bower); his children, Deanna Y. Wheeland (Koch) of Williamsport and Brett M. Koch of Williamsport; his granddaughter EllaMarie Wheeland; and his siblings, Steven L. Koch (Beverly) of Scranton, Keith M. Koch (Jeanne) of Williamsport, Kevin M. Koch of Williamsport, Wade E. Tilburg (Patricia) of Cogan Station and Lori A. Berninger of Williamsport.
