It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vernon G. Bair of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Vernon leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Vernon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Donald and Marjorie Lenore Bair (Bendle). He is survived by: his children, Timothy Bair (Donna), Bonnie Bair, Halle Niklaus (James) and Julie Jackson (Terry).
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sanders Mortuary (821 Diamond St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Vernon's name may be made to the Susquehanna Health Foundation, 1001 Grampian Blvd. Williamsport, PA 17701, c/o The Gatehouse and the We Honor Veterans Program, and/or, c/o Susquehanna Home Care and Hospice, the family would like to thank both organizations for their care and comfort during Vernon's final days.
