He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Barner and Frances G. Barner (Lodge). He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Barner (Kinley); his children, Craig Barner (Kelly) of Shrewsbury, MA and Kristie Miller (Marc) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Skye Miller (Nick Pompeo), Kaydie Miller, Landen Miller, Anna Barner, Timothy Barner and Joseph Barner; and his brother Boyd Barner (Young). He is also survived by his family and friends.
