Sarah A. Forney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah A. Forney of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Missigman and Catherine Missigman (Reidy); and her brother Joseph Missigman. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Pearson (Suzanne), William Pearson, Jr. (Sharon Ertel), Michael Pearson (Malena) and Reverend Francis Pearson; her grandchildren, Lauren (Peter), Chase (Katie), Emilie (Steven), Tess (Sarah), Angelo (Morgan), Beau and Mia; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Natalie, Amelia, Joseph, Declan, Neve and Eloise; and her siblings, Lawrence, Francis Missigman and Mary Louise Damaska.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (800 W Central Ave, South Williamsport, PA 17702).
Memorials may be made in Sarah's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
