He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Belle and Charlotte Belle (Irvin); his sisters, Daphne Anderson and Vivian Belle; and his stepson Paul Colley, II.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Belle; his children, Cameron Belle and Holly Belle; his stepdaughters, Colleen Haefner, Heather Breon and Lisa Hale; and his sister Esther Smith.
