With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Russell J. Horne of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Russell left this world on January 16, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha May and Howard Horne; his wife Doris R. Horne; and his children, Darri R. Bailey (David) and Randy W. Horne.
He is survived by: his sons, Lonny J. Horne (Shelby Mulberger) of Trout Run and Tracy V. Horne (Karen) of Linden; his grandchildren, Kevin (Jessica Tully), Ryan, Meagan Horne, Tristin Bailey, Robbie (Jen) and Erica Mulberger (David Bohanick); and his great grandchildren, Carter Bohanick, Riley Mulberger and Kennedy Horne.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sanders Mortuary (821 Diamond St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Russell's name may be made to New Covenant United Church of Christ, 202 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
