He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne Schley of Camp Hill, John Stout (Sharon) of Williamsport, Jim Stout (Nancy) of South Williamsport and David Stout (Missy) of Maine; and his pet Tinkerbell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
