He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Constance M. Gibbs (Bordner); his parents, Robert K. Gibbs, Sr. and Edna K. Gibbs (Able); his daughter Michelle M. Gibbs of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Tionna, Austin and Zachary Rishel; and his siblings, Walter "Smoke" Gibbs of Williamsport and Cathy Gibbs of Williamsport.
