He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Sr. Garman and Mildred Garman (Swartz); and his brother Richard Garman Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Julia; his wife Donna B. Garman (Krawczyk); his sons, Timothy David Garman (Nicole) of Montoursville and Jonathan James Garman (Stephanie) of Milton; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Chanda), Ashleigh (Nate), Jacob, Grant, Catherine, Lincoln and Isabelle.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sanders Mortuary (821 Diamond St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lycoming Valley Baptist Church (4980 Lycoming Mall Dr, Montoursville, PA 17754). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Montoursville Cemetery (1401 Broad St, Montoursville, PA 17754).
