He was predeceased by: his parents, George Conrad and Rose Short Conrad; his daughter Shirley Kellem; his great great grandchild Jolii Ann Pridgen; and his siblings, Donald "Tank" Conrad and Jane E. Ross.
He is survived by: his daughter Julie A. Smith of Milton; and his sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Griffin of Williamsport, Annie Blanton of Harrisburg and Jean Farrar of North Carolina. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 19 great-great grandchildren.
His family suggests any contributions be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 1645 W. 8th Street Erie, PA 16505.
