With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E. Kerlin of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Miles Kerlin and Beatrice Troup (Kerstetter); and his half-brother Ken. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Kerlin of Williamsport; his children, Michael Kerlin (Judy) of Middleburg, Susan Mull (Dean) of Middleburg, Leslie Walter (Colin) of Shamokin Dam and Heather Boyle (Chad) of Winfield; his stepsons, Paul Confer (Francine) of Alburtis and Geoffrey Confer (Cindy) of Williamsport; and his half-siblings, Robert, Wayne Kerlin, Rita Clark and Carol Ferguson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home- Montoursville (733 Broad St, Montoursville, PA 17754). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
