He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie DePasquale; and his siblings, Joseph, Sarah and Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Rosanne Brennan of Bedford, MA, David DePasquale of Melrose, MA and Carl DePasquale of Bakersfield, CA; his grandchildren, Ruby Brennan of Bedford, Casey DePasquale of New York City, NY and Peter DePasquale of Pittsburgh, PA.; his children, Casey and Peter; and his significant other Rosemarie Panaro. He is also survived by his children, adoring grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Williamsport Community Theater League, Susquehanna Health and Uptown Music Collective.
