Patricia L. Osteen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, at the age of 71, Patricia L. Osteen of Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia L. Osteen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul H Osteen and Frances L. Osteen (Sheid); her daughter Jessica Eve Osteen; and her brother Paul H. Osteen Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Tracy Courtney (Gary); her sister-in-law Mary Osteen; her nieces and nephews, Christina Osteen (Leo Machlowski), Paul Karl Osteen (Kayo), Emily Osteen (Tim Boehm), Tyler Osteen, Amelia Osteen, Zoey Haner and Hazel Boehm; and her pet Blossom. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walter J. Kent Funeral Home (858 Lake St, Elmira, NY 14901). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chemung County Humane Society, 2435 State Route 352, Elmira, NY 14903, honoring Patty's love for animals.
