He was predeceased by: his parents, John Casale and Louise Casale of Williamsport; and his stepdaughter Pamela Mallott. He is survived by: his wife Anna P. Brown; his stepchildren, Raymond Stahl (Mary Jo), Penny Stom (Dave) and Emily Maiolo; his grandchildren, William Siddle (Janet), Regina Rooker (Robert), Jesse Dean Stahl, Edward, Brian Maiolo, Megan Eppelman (Clint) and Trisha Stahl; his sister Angela Herbein (Jack); and his nephews, Steven and Jeffrey Flick.
