As Nancy Jean departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy Jean may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy Jean leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henry Peters and Margaret Jeanette Peters (Speilman); her husband George R. McConnell; her daughter Barbara Breen; and her sisters, Martha Peters and Beatrice Deimler.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy J. Bennett of Williamsport and Charles R. McConnell (Brenda) of Ruther Glen, VA. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and four great great-grandchildren.
