She is survived by: her parents, James Blaine Miller and Lucille Miller (Fowler); and her children, Steven Hulsizer (Michele), David Hulsizer (Gayle), Jacquelyn McFadden (Perry) and Joy Hartley (Richard). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Due to Allergies, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her name to Infinity Hospice Care, 6330 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89118.
