He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E., Sr. and Thelma Robbins (Stiger); his son Scott Robbins; and his sister Donna Hillner. He is survived by: his wife Jean Robbins (Webster); and his children, Lujean Lallemand of Altoona, Mark Robbins (Beth) of State College and Craig Robbins (Deborah) of Hughesville.
