She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul F. Peterson and Mary M. Peterson. She is survived by: her pet Scuttle; her husband John "Jack" T. Heitsenrether; her children, Jodie L. Vitale (Daniel J. Vitale) and John P. Heitsenrether; and her grandchildren, Maya C. Vitale and Owen D. Vitale. She is also survived by her family, friends, and pets.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Knight-Confer Funeral Home (1914 Memorial Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
