He was predeceased by: his father Peter L. Toole; his mother-in-law Jennie E. Toole (Kough); his wife Eleanor M. Kough (Fairman); and his sister Beryl V. Toole. He is survived by:, Willard and Mary Etta Kough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pleasant View Wesleyan Church (994 E Penn St, Muncy, PA 17756). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
