She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson Sr. and Hazel Whitfield (Ross); and her siblings, Chrystal Jefferson (Charles), Terry Johnson (Sandra), Kerry Johnson, Mark Johnson (Patti), Patricia Belfield and William Johnson Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Damean Buxton Sr. (Linda), Damone Buxton Sr. (Shannon), Kendra Buxton, Darien Buxton Sr. (Alisha Matthews) and Jermaine Bolden; and her grandchildren, Damean Jr., Jerrill Sr., Cheyanne, Damone Jr., Darien Jr., Aryana, Bregan, Marcus, Nolan, Sameer and Samiya. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
