She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Hastings and Eleanor Clark (Crouse); and her siblings, Harry, Howard Crouse, Mary Ann Weaver, Donna Hastings and Niomie Hastings.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Swank (Ashley) of Ralston and Kcarrie Swank; her grandchildren, Onna Swank, Jordyn Swank, Finn Swank, Cleo Swank, Ryn Swank, Pacific Mumin, Kemesis Mumin and Jahseh Swank; her stepgrandson Justin Barger Jr.; and her sister Janet Smith.
